Opera Viva, Artista di Quartiere, District Artist is the project - winner of the MIBACT Prize, Creative Living Lab, II ed. - which consists in a residency for 5 artists dedicated to the training of the District Artist, a new figure fitting into the urban fabric which, through visual art, accompanies neighborhoods in emergency in their socio-cultural change. The interventions will be the result of the relationship both with the inhabitants and with the urban landscape.
RAFFAELLA DE CHIRICO
The gallery has been founded in 2011 by Raffaella De Chirico after a long experience as assistant and director of Mazzoleni art gallery in Turin. The expositive program of the gallery is focused on the production and conception of unreleased projects on the national territory, mainly dealing with artists under 40.
